The apartment comfortably accommodates 5 people, was clean, well located (prime location, in fact) and the building staff was very friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped, bathrooms were clean and functional, and the internet service (speed, bandwidth) allowed for good video calls, virtual meetings and streaming. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars all the way through is because there was an ongoing construction project adjacent to the apartment, during the time of our stay (Aug 2023). Although Tabas claims to have mentioned it in the description of the property, I missed it. Construction activities took place daily from 9am-5pm, proving to be an inconvenience if you spend part of your day within the apartment. The construction presents a momentary setback, though. Upon completion, I struggle to find any criticism worth mentioning.

This apartment has lots of potential. While picture and description are mostly accurate , there is MAJOR construction happening about 7 feet away with the new apartment building being built. Nonstop slamming , hammers, electric drills and so on, with good 10-15 construction workers crew essentially few feet away from your window. Place itself is otherwise decent, but feels way too basic with basically zero decoration. Otherwise layout and size of the apartment is pretty good, location is great. Until construction ends (I assume at least 6-12 months from now), this should go off AirBnb and noone should be booking this - well unless sleeping basically in a construction site is your thing. I checked in late at night, and was woken up at 8am by all the construction - had to work with AirBnb support to get new place immediately and get a refund (they were amazing, unlike the host who was not helpful at all)
