The air b&b we stayed at was clean, comfortable and peaceful, the neighborhood was also quiet, the host got back to us in a timely fashion to help us with connecting to the internet, we would definitely use them again 👍

There was no lighting at the entrance, my mom tripped while entering the property, when I mentioned it the host she seemed sincere in her apology, and promised we would have light the next day; that didn't happen. The bathrooms were nasty, hair all over the sinks, dust and some other particles. The bathroom I used, the tub was filthy, had dirty rings around it, and someones used washcloth was there hanging inside. The bath rugs we filthy, and there were dead bugs everywhere. The dishwasher leaks when you use the kitchen sink, and that was not communicated. Our last nights stay was horrendous. At 12:00 a.m. the neighbor decided to argue with someone esle at her her home,. I stepped outside to ask her to quiet down, and ended up having to call the cops. While on the phone with 911, two people turned to about 12 people shouting and cursing at me; the 911 operator just listened and chuckled. The cops responded to my call 1 hour and 32 minutes later. I highly DO NOT recommend this property

The stay we had here was fantastic! Niyah was very responsive and supportive. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

Niyah was an excellent host. The property is very comfortable. I was happy there. The toilets are a little small. The neighborhood is a little questionable, but I never felt unsafe. I would stay again.

Visiting Atlanta this place was an absolute steal great for the price not to far from downtown she was also very responsive. The property has everything you need fully stocked utensils towels definitely my go to when I’m in town.
