The property has been our home for a couple of weeks. The location was perfect for us, as it was just a 12 minute walk to the hospital, where we spend most of our days. It was comfortable and there was sufficient space for the 7 of us. The communication and check in instructions sent were all very good, we always got a prompt response and Sally has been a star during our stay answering all our questions and sorting out little things here and there. The house was overall clean, change over is done once weekly. The only thing to note is that the garbage is only collected once every fortnight, and we had a big pile of garbage bags pile up, which wasn’t ideal. There was no sufficient container space for it. We would definitely book again if we need to be in the area!
