If you decide to stay in Arequipa, Alvaro's place must be your first option. Located on the 11th floor of one of the three towers in a private development, it offers a new and well implemented department with everything you need to feel as at home, with the additional amenity of having a beautiful view of Arequipa's volcanoes. It is well located at very few minutes from historical downtown and very close to malls, banks, restaurants and "picanterias". Alvaro is an extraordinary host, very helpful, friendly and easy to communicate. He was very kind to offer his help during the check out. I really appreciated this gesture. I strongly recommend Alvaro's place for the next time you visit Arequipa.

El departamento es muy cómodo, cálido. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estadía larga. El edificio es muy lindo y moderno, el departamento queda en el piso 11vo, con vista a los 3 volcanes. Hemos podido acceder con nuestro coche de bebé por todo el edificio sin problema. Hay bodegas a una cuadra, se llega caminando a la plaza de Cayma ( para comer un adobo). Álvaro, es muy amable, respondió todas las consultas super rápido antes de la reserva. Nos recibió para darnos muchas recomendaciones de la cuidad y estuvo siempre presto a ayudarnos. We definitly recommend this place! Is very confortable, cozy and warm! It has everything you can need for a large stay. The flat is at the 11th floor of a very modern building with a terrific view of the 3 volvanoes. Very well located, there's many mini markets near by, two blocks from the Plaza de Cayma Álvaro, the host, is very helpful and kindness, he answer all our dubts very quickly before the booking and at our arrival, he welcome us to give us advices, directions, information of city attractions.

Mi agradecimiento a la pareja de anfitriones, se preocupan por que te sientas como en casa, siempre atentos, dispuestos y serviciales, bonito su departamento, limpio y muy cómodo, tiene buena ubicación, en resumen todo ok, los felicito, sigan tratando así de bien a las personas que confiamos en Uds. por tener una bonita y cómoda estadía en su depa ...! 👏🏻 ... hasta otra oportunidad ..!
