Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The main level features an open kitchen, dining room and living room with a gas fireplace. Additionaly there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Off of the dining room is the slider to the composite deck facing west for those gorgeous Cowden Lake sunsets. In the lower level walkout there is a bedroom with 4 beds and another full bathroom as well as a rec room with a small wet bar and refrigerator. As well as laundry and a patio.

This place is a gem! Very clean - almost like brand new. Matt was incredibly responsive and flexible with requests. Lots of little details that made it feel like home such as magazines and books to take down to the beach, a few shower products (to cover the things we forgot), all the cookware and storage containers you might need, kitchen necessities like salt and pepper and spices, cozy blankets for the couches, and so many more thoughtful touches. The beach is just the right size with all the chairs and loungers you need, and we chose to rent the boat which was also well taken care of and came with all of the necessary safety gear. The neighbors were also lovely and kind! Highly recommend ☀️🌊😎❤️
Clean, with a well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Nice decor and well taken care of property. Fantastic property overall. Met our needs.
The house was beautiful. We used the paddle boards and kayaks during our stay. It was very nice.
Matt’s place exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless with nice linens and towels. Kitchen utensils were complete (including large bag of ice in freezer). AC worked very well. Gas Fireplaces on both levels worked well. Excellent showers.
Very nice cottage our family had a great time!
