Dan is very accommodating, understanding, responsive, easy to talk to and hospitable. I truly appreciate the welcome wine and peanuts he gave to us. His caretaker, Loui, is also very helpful. He immediately provides for our needs and also responsive to our queries. The place is great. It's cozy and warm. The limited access to cellphone signal and internet is a good experience for my family to have bonding. We are lucky that the weather is nice amd cold that we enjoy the bonfire outside. I highly recommend this place to escape the busy city life and relax and enjoy the cold, nice place.

1. The sofa or couch is damp. 2. Bed is also damp. 3. Blankets are not provided outright. The owner mentioned that I need to ask the caretaker. But at the time i found out that there was no blanket, I cannot find the caretaker anymore. 4. No wifi, no data, almost no telco signal inside the house. Expect a social media deto when you are here. 5. Pisowifi is available from the next house though. But it is around 20 meters away and dark. 6. Do not use the fireplace. Although the caretaker might offer you wood, do not use it as the smoke will engulf the whole house. Definitely this is for aesthetic purposes only. 7. The owner and caretaker are both responsive though.

Dan's place is beyond our expectation. He is very accommodating and considerate with our requests. The caretaker is also very helpful. How we wish we could stay longer. The place is perfect for staycation!
