I first booked Vincent's place because of the great price, but now that I've been a guest, I would return for the cleanliness, the comfort, the peaceful surroundings, and all the SPACE. There's just so much room! Like the listing says, this is a quirky older place, but I fell in love with it the very first evening of my stay. Everything in Vincent's home is comfortable--the living room sofa, the rolling kitchen chairs, the queen-sized bed, and the deck chairs. Kitchen cabinets are stocked and clearly labeled, so you never have to guess where something is. Both of the bathrooms have toiletries in them in case you forgot something. It was easy to log in to streaming services from the TVs. It was super convenient to have a washer/dryer available. The only sounds you'll hear while you're there are birds and the occasional passing car. There's just no downside here. Vincent was kind enough to be flexible with my checkout time, and I really appreciated that. He's also a responsive host.

We had a lovely stay! Vincent was super helpful and quickly responsive from the time we began our booking through our visit. It is evident he cares about his guests. The house was super clean, well stocked and had everything we could need, and more. We enjoyed having all the spaces we could use, inside and out, for lounging, playing games, watching TV. We went to a nature sanctuary and felt like we were at another one when sitting on the back deck. Sheets were soft and towels good quality, those things make a difference! While visiting don't miss Black Ankle Vineyards and Linganore Winecellars - both close, convenient and special.

Came to Vincent’s farmhouse for my birthday weekend. It was a wonderful experience with beautiful scenery and peaceful area. He was flexible with my arrival time and departure time, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this farmhouse especially if you’re looking for relaxation. My boyfriend and I would love to come back.
