Joel & Caleb’s place was perfect for us, 2 couples and 3 doggos. Yard was fully enclosed and a great size & outdoor entertainment area to make the most of the last sunny weather. Walking distance to both the bay & surf beaches as well as the local pub & cafes. Highly recommend!

The house itself was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need to feel at home. The inside of the house was set up very well for a family. The size of the yard was great for our family with our three dogs to go outside. The negative, which unfortunately was quite a big negative for a home that is listed as family and pet friendly, the yard of the home had a lot of debris at the side and back of the house. It was easy for our dogs to get under the house. It would also be really easy for someone with small kids. There was a lot of wood offcuts with nails in them exposed and our small Pomeranian walked on one rusty one. The house would be perfect if the owners sealed off the underneath of the house, or put a fence up and blocked off the side of the house so it can’t be accessed. Also, the outdoor shower advertised doesn’t work. Only the taps at the bottom can be turned on Thanks to Joel for trying to address things while we were there, highly recommend your services!!
