The dazzling interior has been recently refurbished and includes furniture and facilities of the highest specification. <br><br>Light And Contemporary Interior<br>From the main entrance you are welcomed into a dazzling and bright interior, beautifully appointed with white and grey furnishings adorned with contrasting ornaments and wall decorations, In this super open plan space, a comfy sofa invites you to sit and relax in front of the flat screen smart Tv, whilst an elegant glass top dining table facing the wide-opening French windows creates the perfect spot for summer supper. The sofa actually converts to an extra bed for occasional visitors - ideal if you want a friend or 2 to join for a few extra nights. The adjoining kitchen is a complete joy. White worktops and cabinets create a fabulous catering experience, complemented by a superb selection of appliances and gadgets, including an American-style fridge freezer and dishwasher – perfect for any budding holiday chef! For convenience, a guest bathroom is also located on this level, along with a washing machine and tumble dryer. <br><br>Second Level<br>Take the staircase where 2 gorgeous bedrooms await. The simple and bright furnishings create a super relaxation zone where beds can be accommodated as king size beds or single beds, but will usually be presented as 1 kings size bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, thus suiting families or couples alike. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom; 1 with bathtub and overhead shower, and the other with walk in shower cubicle, both with a small balcony leading to the outside seating zone.<br><br>Outside Space<br>The apartment offers a small front balcony with chairs on the lounge level, but the hidden gem is on the second level where you will find a super comfy sofa zone, where you can simply relax and enjoy the last of the sunshine, accompanied by a glass of wine. <br><br>Final Notes... <br>This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is on the first floor of the building, accessed by stairs only. There are also steps inside from living rooms to upper bedrooms. A private car parking space is offered in the underground car park, with stairs access. There are no elevators in this building.<br><br>Arriving At The Property:<br>It is our intention to meet you in person at the property on your arrival to deliver the keys and welcome you. Some of our properties have key safety boxes and you will be informed of the code in advance, in which case you may be asked to check in alone and we will make a later courtesy visit at a mutually convenient time.<br> <br>Check-In Times:<br>Please note check-in times are between 16.00h and 19.00h and we will try to be flexible with arrival times outside of these hours. For early arrivals, it may be possible to offer a “bag drop” facility. For later arrivals, there may be the key safety box facility. For your convenience, we will send an electronic copy before you arrive and also provide a Qr code in the villa.<br><br>Additional Cleaning/sheet Change<br>As properties are rented on a self-catering arrangement, a daily maid and interim property cleaning service/linen change are not included in the price, but if required, can be provided for an additional charge. Further details available on request.<br><br>We Kindly Request:<br>The house will be well presented for your arrival, and departure cleaning is included in the rental value. However, we do ask for a respectful co-operation with the removal of rubbish, and that Bbq facilities are cleaned of food and debris before you leave. Charges will be incurred if it is deemed that the property is left in an unacceptable condition.<br><br>Departure Day:<br>Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end! - and on departure day, check out time is requested at 10.00h. We will contact you towards the end of your stay to confirm this. We may be able to offer a later departure time only if there are no guests arriving on the same day. The apartment was fantastic: spacious, well equipped, quiet and above all very well located. It is next to the promenade along the sea, close to many restaurants and shops. The boat to go to the beach is very close. The parking place underground was very useful. Rachel was a very good host, very responsive and helpful. We would be happy to go back!
