Sebastian’s place is an amazing loft in Cerro Alegre, with a lot of space and a great view. Thanks a lot his assistant as well, who helped us with the laundry and everything else.

A beautiful loft, elevator building, located in a great neighborhood, walkable to many restaurants, galleries, shops, etc. Very comfortable bed, nice bed/bath linen, nice shower and bathtub in the 2nd bathroom. I don't remember reading about the shower products, just be sure to pack you own. Great light and an open airy feeling with the very tall windows. Very easy communication, proactive comments from Sebastian and very helpful chat during a fire in the city. They assured us of our safety and the location of the fire that was distant, but very visible and frightening to watch. Easy checkin and checkout.

Perfect location and beautiful apartment. All the colorful street art, shops, cafes, restaurants, and many of the funiculars! that make Valparaiso so special are right there. Sebastian's place is spotless, spacious, and has a stunning view of the water. He also provided lots of great local recommendations (we particularly enjoyed our meal down the street at Circular and loved getting coffee at Maria Maria right beneath the famous piano staircase).

We had a wonderful stay at Sebastian’s loft! I was with my husband, son and his wife and we all loved it. It is very spacious and open. Everything is new and done in such good taste. Both bathrooms were amazing, plenty of space and nice hot showers. Both bedrooms were very comfortable with lots of closet space. The kitchen was great although we didn’t actually cook! The loft is in a perfect location right in the heart of Valparaiso’s hills! It’s within minutes of galleries and cafes and just a 5 minute walk down to the port area. I can’t say enough great things about the loft!
