Annmarie’s place was the perfect location for us - right in the Irish Channel, close to our family who lives in the neighborhood - with quick access to Magazine and St Charles for Uptown activities, and close to Tchoupitoulas to get you downtown to the CBD/Quarter/Bywater and so on. The home is spacious with a great common area, allowing for plenty of together (and alone time). Definitely worth checking out if you want the balance of proximity to activities and seclusion.

This was our first visit to NOLA and we had a great time. This property is situated almost exactly halfway between the Audubon Zoo/Park are and the French Quarter. We were able to catch a bus going either direction within a 5 minute walk from the house. The St Charles streetcar was about a 22 minute walk. We had our kids with us and staying right in the thick of Bourbon street’s debauchery wasn’t what we wanted. This property is on a quiet street, far enough away to be out of the din. Close enough to have easy access to all the fun. We will definitely stay again on future visits.

Annmarie’s place was just as described with lots of room for my family. We were able to easily walk up to Magazine for food and a little farther on up to St Charles for parades. Would stay here again!
