Bedrooms: - There are 3 Bedrooms in the Villa. - 1 bedroom is located on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - The villa has one bedroomwith a bunk bed. - Each Bedroom has king sized beds. Extra bedding available on request. - All Bedrooms have attached washrooms. Living Room: - The living room features a comfortable 5-seater sofa. - We provide a television for your entertainment. - It is also equipped with a 6 seater dining table. Bathrooms: - All bedrooms are equipped with a washroom. - An additional common washroom is on the ground floor at the entrance of the living room. - Basic toiletries are provided. Please bring your own towels. - Each bathroom is equipped with a geyser for hot water Kitchen: - Heavy cooking is prohibited. - The kitchen is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator and water purifier. - Cutlery and crockery are readily available for your use. Outdoor Area: - Our villa features an outdoor lawn area with seating and a private swimming pool Additional Amenities: - A generator is available for use in case of a power failure (additional charges apply). No heating or cooling devices shall operate. - Secured parking space for 2 cars. - Complimentary WiFi access is provided. - 2.1 woofer music system. - Mosquito repellent can be supplied to guests if needed. Other Important Information: - The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals. - To ward off mosquitoes, repellents are provided, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. - Please note that the props seen in the images are solely used for staging and photoshoots. TRUE FACTS: - It is a standalone property. - It is not a pet friendly property. - The caretaker does not cook however Private restaurants and cafes are available in the vicinity. - There is a network issue at the property from the service provider’s end. However, we have wifi available at the property. - Power fluctuations may happen. - Caretaker available onsite/on call from 9 am to 10 pm. - No DJ System Allowed. - No smoking inside the property. - No loud music outside the room after 10pm.
