Our stay at Mary Anne’s home is so memorable. As soon as we entered the doorway, we were greeted by such American style modern farm house feels. My family and I enjoyed this very much. Every corner of the home is well thought-out and the decor is lovely as well, felt very cozy. The smell of melted candles is also so beautiful and relaxing. The weather in Baguio was also such a great break because it is cool. We were provided with plenty of blankets and towels. The beds were so comfortable making it so hard to get out of bed in the morning. My family did not even want to leave because we were so comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with all cooking and grilling necessities. They even had an airfryer which most Airbnb do not have. In the morning, we were able to go for a walk and watch the sunrise at a higher ground which was stunning. I absolutely highly recommend this place, 5/5! Also would like to give a shoutout to Mary Anne for being such a great host and flexible as well.

Casa Pio was a great place. it was beautiful, peaceful and secured. Ms Anne (the host) is nice and accomodating. For family and group outings, we highly recommend Casa Pio, its a wonderful place.

• very convenient check in and check out (Thanks to the smart locked gate and main door.) • very responsive host even at night. 🫡 • place felt like home. It is cozy and clean you’ll get what you’ve read in the description. • loved their bathroom at the 2nd floor. Shower easy to manoeuvre. • loved how the water heater is properly working (not like other houses ive stayed in Baguio. Water heater is always the issue) - you cannot guard your car while its parked. (Though its a guarded subdivision, but it was uncomfy to parked in-front of the abandoned hotel and it made us worried also cos when we arrived, there were men parked in-front of the hotel too and after drinking, they were breaking their bottles along the road) - kinda bothering neighbourhood. Seems like: we’re the only people there. Houses beside, behind and in-front of us seems like were all abandoned. Hehe! (But host clarified that mostly the house there were just vacation houses but still, its kinda bothering)

We had a great stay. It was my first time to book Airbnb and Casa Pio set quite a high standard. It really felt like home especially the kitchen as it has a complete set of cooking equipment/tools. Check-in instructions were very clear. The house has everything you need for a wonderful staycation.
