Ryan’s place was great! This is our second time staying here and not our last. We are a family of four with two young children ( 3&5) The location couldn’t be better with the beach within walking distance the pool right out your door. Restaurants, coffee and smoothies also within walking distance. Beds are comfortable, sun is shining, kids are happy and so are we. Thank you

Ryan and Erica were great members of the team. They responded to all our questions and concerns promptly. The spot is perfect, the house ample, the setting beyond real. Have a nice time on that porch. We beached and pooled everyday.

The location of the home was just perfect. The house is in walking distance to bars, restaurants and it has an ocean view. It is spacious and perfect for a big group. Having the well set up outdoor space and pool was great! I would highly recommend to any group looking for a quiet location with access to amazing beaches just steps away.

-intermittent cable TV signal -WiFi only works in living room -Fridge does not cool -freezer opens when refrigerator door closes -lack of towels -propane gas tank was empty when we got there but got resolved -no blackouts in rooms -no house instructions- have to call the host for just about everything -issues with oven, stove -kitchen sink was not draining properly -king size bed mattress is awful....overall, furniture is dated -the most important feedback is that value proposition is not aligned...,way too expensive for what they offer The location was excellent; good parking and plenty of rooms/bathrooms....also Chris responded on time....if they lower their rate then it would be a better value
