We returned for a second stay at Patricia’s and again enjoyed our stay. The location is super to beach and Sebastian Inlet up the road. The house is clean and well appointed. Recommended

The home is beautiful and we were extremely comfortable in the beds. The walking distance to the beach is so easy and peaceful. The beach is 10 of 10 with beautiful blue green waves and clean quiet expanse of sand. You can walk for days. The house was decorated well and looked just like the pictures. It showed a little wear and was a little musty the first day, but after running the AC it didn't bother us. The towels and amenities were fantastic. At first the noise of A1A was a little surprising, but then it settled into the background and didn't bother us. Just for those reasons 9 of 10 for us. We will definitely consider coming back. Thank you for sharing your home and for the memories! You can't beat it for the price!

Great place to stay. We had 5 adults who were very comfortable. The place was only a few minute walk to the beach which was very nice. We would definitely consider staying again.

We had a wonderful family vacation staying at Patricia’s house! It was super convenient to load up our beach wagon and walk down to the beach. The beach was beautiful and quiet. The house has a great deck and living space. We also loved the outdoor shower! They also found out we were traveling with kids and had a new high chair and kids utensils waiting for us which was really sweet!

We’ve stayed at the cottage for 6 weeks and I highly recommend this place! Friendly neighborhood with friendly people and lots of dogs, beautiful Floridian ambience, really less then minute walk to gorgeous beach. House is very spacious and light, my favorite was main floor with kitchen and huge island as a table, and floor to top windows, lots of light and very cozy. Plenty of sleeping accommodations for larger family. AC is super efficient, and I love showers with strong water flow. Thank you! We had wonderful time and I hope to return next winter!
