We’re up on a ridge that allows for a stunning panoramic view of the valley from Naches to Selah; we can even see the tip top of Mt Rainier from the back deck. We're at the end of a dead-end so there is little traffic which is great for walks. For guest use there is a private paved path around the neighborhood with lovely views of the surrounding orchards. There is also a dirt access road that begins at the end of our paved street; it runs the length of the ridge with spectacular views of the Selah & Yakima Valley and Mt Adams; popular with dog walkers, hikers, bicyclists, and photographers.

Minutes to downtown Selah and less than 10 minutes to access I-82 or Hwy 12. Close to a variety of sports’ complexes and many wineries & breweries. Multiple close hiking trails for all skill levels in the Cowiche Canyon and Yakima River Canyon (also fishing and river floating here).
