La maison de Dimitris et Irene est très confortable et la vue est incroyable. C’est inouï de prendre son petit déjeuner face à cette baie magnifique. Le ménage est fait tous les 2 jours et tout le linge changé. La route est vraiment raide pour accéder à la maison. Passé la première petite suée, on prend l’habitude de monter sans problème. Le jardin est charmant. Cet endroit est un havre de paix. Dimitris est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport pour nous conduire à la maison malgré l’heure tardive. Et il est resté en contact avec nous tout au long du séjour en cas de besoin. Un hôte charmant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette maison si nous devons revenir à Skiathos.

What a beautiful place to relax and watch the world go by. We were welcomed on arrival with drinks and fruit on ice, which was a really nice touch. The hosts provide the best of Greek hospitality and make sure you have everything you need. The property and gardens are immaculately kept and cleaned regularly during your stay. As others mentioned, the road to the house is steep but we didn’t mind that at all, we had a 4x4 car and got used to that very quickly. Overall we loved our holiday here, we were very comfortable as a family of 3.

The Host: was very nice, expected us at the airport, continuously kept in touch with him during our stay to ask us if we need anything. At our arrival we found water, juice, coffee and an ice bucket full of grapes and sparkling wine. The View: is splendid and it is very nice to drink your morning coffee with such a wonderful view Cleaning: is good, the sheets and towels are changed once per 3 days Rooms: One room has a double bed but the other room has NO window and 2 small twin beds that are designed for children or smaller people. Our friends that have around 1.83cm could not fit in them and was a turnoff for them. The kitchen has all you need to prepare some scrambled eggs, make coffee and some sandwiches in the sandwich maker. The living room is nice and spacious. The wooden floor is noisy upstairs so you'll wake everybody if you go to the toilet in the middle of the night. It would have been great if we had a second shower inside, but there's one outside to wash off the sand off your feet. Location: is up on the hills so you might want to rent a car or an ATV

What a lovely place!! My family and I stayed at Dimitris & Irene's gorgeous place for 8 days in late July-early Aug. It was absolutely fantastic - the villa is beautiful, clean and spacious with an incredible view and garden. Having coffee in the mornings/eating dinner in the evenings with THAT view was an absolute highlight. Dimitris and Irene were always so responsive and helpful, coming to meet us at the airport to welcome us! Such great hospitality. Note -- would not reco if you are working remotely. The wifi never worked for us, which was a bit of a problem for my Dad who was hoping to work remotely (in the end, it was a forced vacation for him, so it kind of worked out). You also need a good car to drive up the very steep & narrow roads leading up to the villa. Doing that drive for the first few days was daunting & stressful, but we eventually got used to it near the end.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Haus von Dimitris & Irene! Das Haus ist super augestattet und war extrem sauber. Gereinigt wird alle zwei bis drei Tage, was mehr als ausreichend ist. Die Anfahrt zum Haus führt über eine ca. 2,5km lange Bergstraße die recht steil werden kann, aber mit dem Auto sehr gut machbar ist (Skiathos Stadt fußläufig zu erreichen wird schwieirg). Die steile Anfahrt wird mit einem super Ausblick über Skiathos von der Terasse und himmlicher Ruhe belohnt.
