Lawrence was a great host! He was great with communication, kind, and outgoing. And the location was wonderful - it was just outside of Muncie, far enough from town that I wasn't hearing any traffic noises. Would happily stay here again!

This is a great spot near my granddaughter and everything was too notch, quiet and clean with a cozy bed!

Lawrence was a fabulous host. I would definitely stay there again. Beautiful area. Close to Ball State University, without the college town vibe. If I could give more than five stars, I would.
