Enjoy incomparable city and mountain views at our beautiful Santiago Centro apartment. Our renovation and design allows for easy enjoyment of the incredible vistas. Additionally, for our guests’ comfort, we made sure to invest in quality appliances, electronics, made-to-order bedroom blackout curtains, and Chilean made furniture (with many custom-built pieces). We fell in love at first sight with the space, and we are delighted to share it with our guests. In the apartment the views of the city stand out, as it is located on the 25th floor. You can see the incredible mix between historic and modern buildings, combining a mixture of past, present and future. Located in the Bellas Artes neighborhood, the apartment is in the heart of the historic Santiago Centro. Nearby you will find a wide range of cultural and gastronomic offerings. Also within a short walk is the historic Plaza de Armas, which has many outdoor cafes and restaurants. Our passion is to design comfortable and practical spaces, but at the same time with a minimalist focus. For a local and personalized touch, we prioritize furniture from Chilean small businesses and artisan furniture makers. The large windows allow for nice views of the city and Andean foothills. Off of the living room is a mini (standing only) balcony, accessed by sliding glass doors. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a second mini balcony, accessed by sliding glass doors. The kitchen is well-equipped, and has granite countertops, a modern glass-top stove, electric oven, and a spacious Daewoo refrigerator and no-frost freezer. For full use of our guests, the kitchen space also has a small dining table, and a Nespresso machine. The en-suite bathroom has a shower/tub combo, and a modern vanity. The building has good water pressure and a centralized hot water tank, making for an excellent shower. We also provide quality towels and linens. The apartment has a high-end WiFi smart router, attached to a fiber optic modem. As travelers, internet connectivity and speed is paramount, and we made sure to install a high speed connection of 200 Mbps up / 200 Mbps down. We also offer a 43 inch, LG 4K LED television, in the living room. The TV has a digital antenna for HD Chilean TV, with Cast and AirPlay connectivity. The smart tv function also allows for access to apps for Netflix, Disney Plus, HBO Max, Apple TV, and more (please note guests must access these apps with their private individual accounts). The apartment has a high-quality electric infrared heater with thermostat control, for use during the winter months (approximately June to September). As temperatures can drop to 32-34 Fahrenheit during some winter nights (0-2 Celsius), the heater is an important feature. It is moveable and able to maintain a comfortable and stable temperature in the room where it is placed, and will generally keep the entire apartment warm.
