I booked this place for a few days for my stay in Paris. Once I arrived to location, the place itself was very difficult to locate. I texted the host for assistance and she resent the same message twice which was very unclear. I sent a picture of the doors to see which was ours being as they were not numbered and even then host did not give a clear response. Secondly, when I arrived the door handle was very loose ( something not mentioned in the description) On a day I tried to open the door the handle fell off. I contacted host and she rudely said we could pay the technician or “solve it ourselves”.It is to my understanding that the host should be responsible for any issues we have, especially since it was not our fault. This was a safety issue to me since we were traveling with a toddler and we could have gotten locked in. Host also had very late responses.

Nous avons fait l impasse sur quelques détails de l'appartement ( lave vaisselle pas vidé , filtre à café pas jeté, porte de garage qui ne s ouvrait pas , appartement stipulé pour 8 occupants mais que 5 chaises ....) mais UN seul a été inadmissible surtout quand nous sommes 6 occupants , la chasse d eau des toilettes ne marchait pas .Cela reste une priorité et de premiere nécessité!!! Nous l avon fait remarqué aussitôt et la personne devait résoudre le problème rapidement. Mais à partir de là plus rien et aucun retour. Heureusement nous sommes restés que 2 nuits .En espérant que les prochains auront plus de chance !!!! Sinon le quartier est calme et la literie confortable .
