The house is distributed over two floors. The main entrance is on the top floor together with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has got its en-suite bathroom. There is nice small terrace with stunning views. On the ground floor you will find fully equipted modern kitchen and lounge with seating area and fire place. The whole floor is open plan and full of light. There is a terrace with beautifull views, sunlounges, dining table and sun cover. You can also use outdoor shower. Superb!
Myself and my family had an amazing time at this beautiful house in a perfect location. We couldn’t have asked for any more. The house is fully modernised with absolutely everything you need, the kitchen is beautiful, and all the rooms are a lot more spacious than they seem in the photos. The terrace is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner with breathtaking views out to the sea 😍 The communal pools are perfect for families and do not get too busy. Fiona was super helpful as a host, very responsive and always helped to find a solution for everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend for families, couples, friends.. who are looking for a luxury house up in the beautiful hills of Benahavis and only a 15 min Uber journey into central Marbella / Puerto Banus.
We had a amazing stay in this luxurious apartment. Everything was perfect. Apartment is cozy, tastefully furnished and has all the appliances you need and even more. The apartment was impeccably clean. Lovely terrace with breathtaking views. La Heredia is charming community and has many amenities we really liked - 2 pools, bakery and high quality butcher. We will definitely come back!
Excellent townhouse in La Herendia. If you are looking for a remote place to relax and enjoy it is just that. San Pedro is only 10 min away and Marbella 15 minutes by car. Small coffeeshops in the entrance and in the village 2 km away. But you probably need a car for that, as there is no sidewalk.

The Urbanisation of La Heredia is popular with year round residents and holiday makers alike. In addition to the amenities offered in the community, there is 24 hour security in this gated Urbanisation.
The beautiful Pueblo of La Heredia is just a few minutes drive to San Pedro, Benahavís, Puerto Banus and Marbella. It is an ideal location for discovering the many tourist delights of Andalucía, including Ski-ing in Sierra Nevada. There are numerous golf course within a short drive, including Los Arqueros and La Quinta.
From the house you can reach Malaga or Gibraltar airports in 45 minutes via the autopista (AP7), making this a very accessible location.
Normally, people would hire a car, but you can always use local buses or taxi to get around instead.
