Our visit was to attend The Gators Orange and Blue game and Gators baseball game. We came up with our son and two Grandkids and their families so needed a big place. This place accommodated us very well. The home is old and has add on space. We had no problem with entry. There were a lot of empty cabinets so finding things was a challenge. I have stayed at many Airbnb's and I find it very helpful when the cabinets are labeled. There was a small amount of towels for our large group. The Master had no wash cloths available and there were only a couple in the other two bathrooms. No tv in master or other room downstairs. I found it strange too that there is a caretaker living on the premises yet the yard needed to be mowed and there were leaves all over the back porch. My husband had to knock on his door to get the pool cleaned out because of large spiders floating in it and we could not find a net to get them out. A few tweaks and this place would be awesome.

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay. The house was large and reasonably well-furnished; the location was perfect for our needs; and the outside areas were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen area needs more dishes, pots, pans and eating utensils for 12 guests. The stove was large (six-burner gas) but didn't heat well and was hard to light.

We had a group of 6 adults in town for work for a few weeks and this place was absolutely perfect for us. There were no issues at all during our stay as everything was as it appeared in the listing. Luis was very responsive whenever we had a question for him, typically responding in less than 5 minutes. The pool, BBQ and corn hole in the backyard was fun for to use as well.
