Nicolas’ place is in a beautiful neighborhood, and walkable to most parts of Loja. There were three of us so we each got our own bedroom and one bedroom has an en-suite walk-in shower. Appreciated the spaciousness of the home, having a kitchen and being able to do laundry. It was a very comfortable home. Beds were comfortable, extra blankets provided and all windows open to allow fresh air inside. No screens but they were not needed. I would recommend earplugs if you are sensitive to sounds as the bedroom windows all face a street. Nicolas met us at the entrance to give us the keys and orient us to the unit. He was very responsive to any questions we had. Would stay here again.
