Second time renting, always feel like home, thank you for everything

Pros: Location (center to everything & safe neighborhood) Cons: Plumbing issues (both toilets did not work properly the entire stay). The owner had a plumber come out to assist but shortly after the toilet would not flush & got stopped up again, so 4 ppl were stuck using 1 bathroom the entire stay Not enough tissues/paper towels available for the length of the stay with the amount of guests there AC had issues but was fixed by owner when brung to his attention Also we were charged $54 USD for 3 towels upon checkout, due to damage (makeup on towels) this was not something included in the original listing, that there would be a fee for stained towels. The towels were basic white towels & they don’t even cost $18/towel in America. We didn’t mind paying a fee but $54 for white wash towels is robbery. Also, it would be nice to have full body mirrors in the home… there was a very small full length mirror but with a space that big, I feel a standard full length mirror is necessary

Really appreciate that hosts communication. They would proactively reach out to keep me updated and provide information. This stay is conveniently located close to restaurants and transportation within walking distance. Host also provided good suggestions on activities

The owners were very nice and helpful with our questions. The apartment was perfect for our big group. Great air condition in each bedroom, but not in main area and we were there when it was really hot. One of the two toilets had big difficulty flushing. And the other shower kept pooling up. The street the apartment is on is a little rundown with trash on the sidewalks. Going left out of the apartment was not a great neighborhood, But if you go right out of the apartment and up the street much better neighborhood and lots of restaurants and fun things. In spite of those few difficulties, we would love to stay here again as it fit our group very well, and now that we know the area, we know where to go and where not to go. Definitely would recommend!
