I just think that the house needs to be updated and cleaned a bit better but it was a nice place and I don't know why they charge to heat the pool. If someone is going a little earlier and the weather is good but the water is cold they shouldn't have to pay extra to heat the pool.

The property COULD be amazing. Great location and amazing views but the property was so dirty at check in. We also had to ask them to call an exterminator and spray while we were there . The kitchen had not been cleaned- dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, floors were dirty, stove, fridge and micro needed cleaned, Fans and closet doors were broken, the walls are dirty. The place just needs a lot of maintenance. Spent the first day cleaning up so we could use it. I get and expect things not to be perfect but I do expect them to be clean.

Great location for large parties! Very convenient and comfortable house design! Super responsive host! Kitchen can use a small upgrade but overall definitely worth the money !

This property is listed as a Luxury property. With a Luxury property I expect more. The place was filthy! It looked like it had not been cleaned in months, from the floors to bathrooms(mold on the shower curtains and ceilings), food in the sink and the garbage disposal didn't work and a piece of chewed gum on a table in the living room. There were closet doors off the tracks just leaning against the walls and not to mention cockroaches. The walls and stairs had black scuff marks all over . I did mention this to the lady when I checked in the next day and she did ask if I wanted her to send someone to clean and that in this climate there are issues with mildew and that units are individually owned. I understand mildew, this was strait up black mold. I told her I didn't want someone to come and clean as we were already in and that would interrupt everyone. My husband is good with fixing things so he did manage to fix the garbage disposal(your welcome!) Blue Moon is not somewhere I will stay again. Thank goodness the location was perfect so we could spend most of our time on the beach.
