In the romantic historic center of Verezzi, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, in Borgata Piazza, the charming atmosphere of the house characterizes the entire context: an essential and elegant place that attracts for its beauty and its typicality. Recently renovated, it retains the typical Mediterranean architecture that tells its story. The house is large and lighted and from every room you can enjoy a splendid sea view. all the rooms are functional, with clean and essential lines. Result of the renovation of a historic building, internally there are different levels, with a few steps that connect the various rooms, making the house "lively", very particular, never predictable. What about the terrace? A unique environment for the context, from which you can enjoy a suggestive view of the entire gulf. The heating is autonomous and is easily managed with an internal thermostat. The kitchen includes, in addition to the hob, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, the "Nespresso" for coffee with capsules included, cutlery, crockery, pots and everything needed for cooking are obviously at your disposal . Furthermore, there is everything needed for laundry in the apartment: washing machine (detergents included), drying rack and clothespins, iron and ironing board. Bed and bathroom linen are fresh and clean and ready to welcome you. In the bathroom you will find dispensers with soap and shower gel, a hairdryer, and toilet paper. The house is located in a restricted traffic area and the house's private parking is immediately outside the village. Everything in the accommodation is at your disposal and designed to make your stay pleasant. Take care and respect it. In particular, we make some recommendations: - Use water but don't waste it. - It is possible to use the heating for your optimal comfort but don't forget to switch it off if you are not using it, when you keep the windows open or when you are not at home. - Please take care to separate waste and, at the end of your stay, deliver it to the appropriate collection areas, and in the manner that will be indicated to you. - It is forbidden to smoke in the house, we ask you for maximum respect for us and for those who will come after you. - Everything in the house is at your disposal..
