With its open floor plan and clean, fresh interiors, it's the perfect place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The large dining room, conveniently located near the fully stocked kitchen, provides ample space for memorable meals with your loved ones. Relax in the stylish living room on the upper level, furnished with cozy seating and featuring sliding doors that lead to a lovely upper deck. For entertainment, head down to the lower level, where you'll find a big TV and a comfy couch to unwind and enjoy a movie or your favorite shows. Each of the three bedrooms offers privacy and with three separate bathrooms and showers, no one has to share. Recent updates create a fresh and modern farmhouse atmosphere. Stay connected with fast internet and take advantage of the designated workspace if you need to catch up on work or stay productive during your stay. We do not have central air as our home is on a lovely shaded lot surrounded by trees so the house stays nice a cool, especially in the lower level where 2 of the 3 bedrooms are. We have added a portable air conditioning unit to the upper level primary bedroom to use as need for the warmer summer months. With onsite laundry facilities, you can pack light and keep your clothes fresh throughout your visit. The multi-level deck outside is perfect for relaxation, with plenty of seating and a spacious dining table. Fire up the brand-new grill for a delicious cookout, and enjoy the backyard with its fire pit and basketball hoop in the driveway for some outdoor fun. We also provide an EV charger, accommodating electric cars, plug-in hybrids, or RVs, so you can explore the area sustainably. The house is in a beautiful setting surrounded by trees a few minutes outside of town but near a couple of popular farms, a great ice cream shop, and a lake. We loved sitting on the back deck or letting fresh air in through the patio door. Our group of 5 women had plenty of space to spread out with 3 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The dining room became our gathering place, and we often played games there in the evenings. One full bath, the kitchen, and dining room are on the main floor. The two living rooms are upstairs or downstairs; the only one with a TV didn't have enough comfortable seating for our group, but we still managed to watch a movie together. We each made our own breakfast in the well-appointed kitchen each morning. The owners quickly responded to our requests for additional hairdryers and to check in a little early. Our only complaint was that we didn't get to spend as much time in that beautiful backyard as we had hoped.
We had a group of 6 friends travel to Traverses City for a 4 day weekend to enjoy the wineries and shop in the area. Everything was perfect and very clean. We appreciated the list of places to eat in the area and a listing of local activities. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the area.
Nice wooded neighborhood. The inside was very updated with a beautiful kitchen. Enough dishes and pans, utensils, and appliances. Dishwasher looked like it had some hard water issues, so we made sure to drink from the refrigerator filtered water. 3 full bathrooms made me envious! We built a fire from the woodpile and bbqued some chicken on the gas grill. The 3 year old had a great play space upstairs in the living room space. Traverse City was only about 10 minutes away and Moomers (sp?) Creamery was close but we never found time to stop there. It is a very spacious and well appointed house and we wished we could have stayed longer!
One of our favorite stays outside of traverse city. Getting into town was super quick we would definitely consider again. This place is perfect for couples traveling together! There are lower level bed rooms, sitting area and full bath with a separate master upstairs. There is also a full bath on middle level. The house is on a nice shaded lot and stayed cool for us by keeping the windows open at night allowing the house to cool down. The house was very clean and well decorated. The bed linens were very comfy with extra detail with a throw or quilt at the end of the bed. We really enjoyed having a place to sit outside after dinner. The furniture and cushions were in very good shape. Brittany was a great host reaching out during our stay and sent information in advance on things to check out in the area. She even left a bottle of wine from Rove which is 5 minutes from the house and turned out to be one of our fav spots. We would highly recommend! 5 stars!
Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views of the stars at night. It was perfect for our visit.

Peaceful family neighborhood lined with tall trees.
You'll need a car to get around to wineries, town, the store, etc. Although there aren't sidewalks in our neighborhood, it's very walk/bike/run friendly with many people walking their dogs or taking an evening stroll.
