We dealt mostly w Charisse and the few times we had minor issues she took care of all within the hour. She was always available and the host(s) were extremely accommodating, even to the point where they allowed me to park my motorhome on the property so we could extend our vacation in the area after we left their property. They even provided electric to keep my RV fridge powered. The outside space (large pool, game room, lake and kayaks) was amazing. The house was large and spacious, and if you enjoy quality time with your family on a waterfront setting, this is a great place to stay. My kids and grandkids all had a great time. And again, you will not find another host who is going to be more responsive, available and accommodating than Charisse. She was fantastic.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous estate! The entertainment amenities were fantastic, the location was ideal, and the views were truly breathtaking. Our host was very accommodating and we appreciated outstanding communication throughout our stay. It is obvious that a considerable amount of time and expense has gone into the renovation of this estate. However, it does continue to be “a work in progress” as more updates are needed, (particularly in the kitchen area.). Also, I wanted to mention that I would not recommend this rental for elderly guests or anyone with walking issues since the floors are slick and there are many steps without the support of handrails. But overall, this lake house is a GREAT place for family fun!
