Merce's place looks just like the pictures, cosy, charming and a bit quirky - there's even an antique, and functional lift servicing the building. The kitchen is well-equipped and the (compact) bathroom renovated. There's also lots of wardrobe/storage space, though the bedrooms are quite small. Merce and her partner were very helpful and promptly addressed any problems that arose during my stay such as blocked bathroom handbasin, a non-functional TV and an uncomfortable bed (required serious repairs). Be aware that if the french doors are open, the apartment has a lot of traffic noise during the working week, as it's on a main road. It's quiet while the doors are closed. I enjoyed my stay.

Merce's place is magnificent, neat, and well equipped. Photos do not this place any justice, there's more to this place than you can see in the photos. Merce is super responsive, helpful, very professional and friendly. She is always there when you need her, I could not be more happier than staying at her place. The check-in was seamless with clear instructions to follow. I will always recommend this place if you need some peace and quite, being closer to key attractions and metro stations.

Wonderful place to stay long term. Great neighborhood if one is not looking to be in the middle of everything. Quiet and residential district. It can get a bot noisy with windows open but if closed it's reasonably quiet. Merce is a wonderful host and went out of her way to make my stay very comfortable and convenient.

Merce was very kind and responsive. We liked the place and felt like home. The neighborhood was superb for staying with kids.
