The location is not in a very good area. Although the host was there when I arrived to give me 1 set of keys (although my reservation was for 2 guests), I prefer self-check in. I had messaged the host prior to check in to confirm some amenities and was told the kitchen had everything we'd need (dishes, pots, pans, etc), but in actuality there was literally 1 fork, no steak knives, only plastic cups, no broiler pan, no bowl to make a salad. We had to go buy additional kitchen items in order to get by (which we since left in the unit). The towel rack in 1 of the bathrooms was broken. Upon booking the unit, I was clear about having pets, then one day when the host was there, he commented that he would not have accepted the booking if he knew we had pets. Again, his property states pets are accepted and I listed them on the booking. Lastly, the unit we booked was not the unit we were given. The unit we booked was the preferred one for us, but we were not given that option when we arrived.
