The Lubo est très bien situé et le design de l’hôtel est soigné. La literie est confortable et le personnel aimable. Les prix restent élevés entre autre si on veut prendre un petit déjeuner au café du Lubo

Our family had a fantastic time staying at the Lubo (the kids, 11 and 7 LOVED the built in bunks). A small room that wasn't too cramped during a rainy visit to Luzern. We found it to be quiet and comfortable! Really appreciated the coffee machine and ability to do laundry. The location cannot be beat!

Had contact with the owner via Airbnb messages during the afternoon that we would arrive late due to a long travel day. When we arrived at midnight we were unable to (self)check-in, we could not reach owner via phone at first. The voicemail says you get called back which never happened. When we finally spoke to someone we were told we had no reservation and no rooms we’re available anymore and we’re not helped further. This left us on the streets with two kids at midnight, paid 400 (!) euro’s for a room, and unable to find another hotelroom. We had to sleep in our car! Since then I have tried to contact the hotel to solve this and get a refund but no answer to phone, AirBnb messages and e-mail! The fact I can write this review means we did have a reservation along with all the other confirmations we have! We can’t believe what happened last night!!! Most terrible Airbnb/hotel experience ever!!!

Wonderful experience of “Switzerland” level of budget hotel. Room is cozy and clean though quite small for 4. Overall is a great experience!
