Bring the whole family with you for some fun in the sun. The house is located on a 250 acre former youth camp, and if you are looking for relaxation or play, you will find it here. Just a short walk or golf cart ride down to a shared private beach, trails, pickleball, playing fields for kids. Guests are free to use all the kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, games and toys. It is also close to several ski mountains, (Sunapee 35 mins, Crotched 20,and Pats Peak 15), all great family mountains. This home is quite spacious with updated kitchen and living space. Plenty of room for the family to spread out, and a separate game room for the kids! Note* The big green barn building behind the house is the camp's maintenance shop. We use it to store the equipment mostly. It is pretty quiet most of the time, and we are still waiting for the green giants to grow up as a fence. The Woods at Windsor is a former youth camp with 5 houses available for rent. Having a big family reunion, planning a company trip?
