Our space is a short 5 minute drive to the LIRR at the Queens Village stop. This can take you to Manhattan’s east or west sides in 25 minutes. You are also 10 mins away from JFK airport. Only 3 minutes drive to the UBS Arena- a multipurpose indoor arena ,the home of the New York Islanders. **NO SMOKING ALLOWED; Failure to obey, you will be asked to leave property IMMEDIATELY !! The queen sized bed has a comfortable memory foam mattress. The bathroom has a rain shower and towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Our space includes a Smart TV(fire-stick), coffee table and dinning room. NO PETS ALLOWED NO PARTIES ALLOWED

Great place very clean in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. It’s a long commute Brooklyn + Manhattan but thankfully this place is located close to a few bus stops. We enjoyed our stay. Super comfy bed!

Street parking is only available for our listing. There is plenty parking available and has not been an issue for our guest. We highly advise and suggest for guest not to park or block any driveways of other houses. Guest are at risk of receiving a ticket or getting their car towed. If this occurs, it will be the guest responsibility and not the Host.
