This was a nice, clean, and roomy vacation home close to the marina, museum, grocery store, and restaurants. Melissa was great! Couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Melissa's place is amazing!! the little touches and notes describing what's inside her home as well as the surrounding area was great! The *only* reason we are giving 3 stars is just to bring visibility to the beds - they are VERY soft, which isn't for everyone. This is just to help bring visibility in case you have any kind of back problems, or prefer a harder bed, this may not be the best option. Otherwise, we could have moved in the place was so perfect! Easily located within walking distance to the water and restaurants, clean and so cute! The kitchen had everything- to include complimentary coffee!! Overall great experience, just want folks to be aware the beds may not be for everyone!

I really enjoyed my time at Melissa’s guest house. It is a great location for those looking to explore the local area. Everything in the home is clean and the art is beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!

Melissa was very responsive and helpful, even when I left something behind she messaged me in time that I was able to come back and get it. The space was very nice and cozy. A well located spot close to all the recreation areas

My stay at Melissa's home exceeded expectations. It was more spacious than expected, and the library/sitting room upstairs was very peaceful. I went in the middle of winter during unexpected weather and the area lost power during the night. Melissa was very communicative and helpful, and I felt taken care of during my stay. The birds that hang out in the backyard are wonderful to wake up to. The bed was a bit too soft for me, but other than that I had a very comfortable stay.
