This is such a beautiful house that is within minutes of all the wineries in this area. Perfect place to stay with your family or with a group. We came from Boise from a quick girls trip and it was wonderful! Brian recommended Kindred Winery to us as our first stop to grab some wood fired pizza and wine and it was amazing!! This spot is a new favorite and a few of us joined their wine club, so we will be back! Koenig Distillery and Koenig Winery were our next stops, also favorites and such gorgeous spots. Since the house was so gorgeous and we only had it for the night, we spent the rest of our time there. The outdoor space is great! It has a beautiful back porch with fruit orchards and the valley as the view and a wonderful gas fire-pit to sit around and enjoy. The kitchen is fabulous and everything in the house is pristine and beautiful! It is well stocked with everything needed. Brian was very responsive and helpful! We will be staying again for sure!

For what I was looking for (semi-secluded) and away from the hustle it worked great for us. Spacious, comfortable, great house layout. You won't be disappointed with Airbnb

This was our 2nd time staying at Pera Blanca. Knowing what to expect upon arrival put our minds at ease as we traveled and gave us something to look forward to after a long day in the car. We’d been traveling for 8 days and it literally felt like coming home when we walked through the front door. It was wonderful to cook homemade meals in the beautiful kitchen, eat on the back deck, enjoy a glass of wine in the rocking chairs out front, and watch movies under the snuggly living room throw blankets. We were able to explore downtown Caldwell a bit more this visit and found a fun coffee shop, Bond and Bevel, and two antique stores. As long as our son is in school in Caldwell we will be back! Fantastic property, well stocked, and beautiful, peaceful location. Beds were comfortable, and the snacks were a nice touch. Brian gave clear instructions for check in and out. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.
