Paul was a very kind, responsive and welcoming person. His property was clean and felt like home, centrally located with access to almost everything. The only downside was that the flat is located in the 4th floor and with no elevator, it's all about the legs! Will gladly stay again if a trip happens at the times that there is available.

Enda anledningen att inte rekommendera detta boende är att det ökar risken för att vara upptaget nästa gång jag kommer. Paul är mycket trevlig och allt var klockrent!

I booked this apartment as my place to stay for a five week long internship at the university library. The location is fantastic, you really are in the heart of Borås, with lots of shops, museums and restaurants well within your reach. The room is comfortable, private and well worth its cost. The bed is really cozy too. The kitchen is pretty spacious and you have most common cooking utensils at your free disposal. Communication with Paul has been nothing but great - he's a super friendly and attentive host and we've had some great conversations. I'd come back any time!
