Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with views of Grassy Lake. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the front porch and relax in the rocking chairs or sit by the firepit on the lighted back porch. You will have the use of the beach and clubhouse area on Grassy lake. Ten minutes from Lake Placid downtown where you can see many murals and quaint downtown area with stores and a mini brewery. Only twenty minutes from Sebring where you will find restaurants an historic downtown.

Beautiful, peaceful, and very well put together. Should we find ourselves back in the area, we will be making reservations.
Our stay was great. Everything was as described and Maurice was quick to answer any questions we had. The house was super cute and I would definitely stay there again!

Maurice is the quintessential host. The house exceeds expectations. It was clean, neat, and well-appointed. There was plenty of space and comfort for us. The location is quiet, convenient and secure. It was so nice to just drive into the garage when we returned each evening. We happily recommend this AirBnB, and we would definitely stay there again.

The neiborhood is quiet and secluded with views of lake grassy. Lots of wildlife at back of the house cranes, birds, rabbits and squirrels to name a few

My wife and I love to live in this area as it is very friendly and relaxing. We like to boat and fish, and this area is great for both. We have recently signed up as a host and we are looking forward to meeting visitors renting our house.
