Nice apartment in a good location. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and did use the grill at the pool for Dinner a couple of nights. Very close to hiking trailheads. Kitchen is equipped with utensils and appliances, but other apartment Amenities or extras are limited. The street noise is noticeable given the proximity to the main street and complex entrance. Overall, very clean and comfortable.

We had a cozy and relaxing time at Chris’s place. Spacious and uncluttered rooms that are well appointed with comfortable furniture and good lighting. The layout of the rooms provides privacy and there is no sound to be heard from neighbors. The people we met in the Greens were welcoming and friendly. The restaurants in the area were really great and whatever necessities one needed were a 2 to 3 minute drive away. We love to hike and trailheads were 5 minutes away, lots of variations and such beautiful sunsets. Chris was super responsive and we quickly felt we were moved in. We look forward to spending another month nestled in sometime soon.

Chris’ Casita was perfect for us. Three singles without a car. The place allows lots of space for individual guests to enjoy downtime as well as a well stocked, central kitchen, dining area and living room for social time. We could easily walk to the Sunrise Kolb plaza for groceries or a restaurant meal. Great restaurants within walking distance! We also found it relaxing to hop in an Uber and head downtown. The fitness centre and pools were close to the unit, clean and dead quiet. I was in the pool alone every time. It was beautiful. As an aside, unrelated to our wonderful accommodations, the Suntran Express bus stop at Sunrise and Kolb is only serviced once a day, at 0630 am. We thought we would be able to hop on that bus for our daily out trips but that wasn’t to be. Uber was great though and we hopped on the FREE bus to get back and forth along Broadway. We highly recommend Chris’ Casita. It was awesome.

The location is great (near Ventana Canyon). It's a little closer to the main road than other units but you don't hear the street noise inside the unit. The condo is very well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen. The bathrooms were spic and span and the unit was neat, tidy and uncluttered. There were plenty of extra linens (although we did not need any). The in-unit laundry came in really handy and the host even provided laundry detergent and dryer sheets! We enjoyed our stay. We only wish the weather had been a little warmer (LOL - obviously nothing the host could do), so we'll have to come back when it's warmer!
