We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Magnolia Club! Larry is warm and friendly and made us feel so welcome! The home itself is incredible with a lot of history and ambiance. It is filled with beautiful furniture and amenities. I could have just stayed on the back porch overlooking the river, very relaxing! Larry made sure we had everything we needed! The first morning he had to be somewhere early so he made sure we had a gift certificate to a nearby coffee shop for breakfast! The second morning he fixed a wonderful breakfast for me and my husband. We had great conversation and we felt right at home! It was a game day weekend at Auburn and it was a perfect place to stay for that! Easy drive there and back!! Highly recommend!!

Larry is "the most interesting man in the world", not to mention a gracious host. The beautiful house was meticulously kept & cleaned, sitting on the bank of the river, next to the library & a block from downtown West Point. A delicious breakfast, cooked & served by Larry was the icing on the cake of our stay.

I never write reviews but with a site like this I feel it is needed. Larry accepted my request a week before Memorial Day. The pictures of the house did it no justice. It was immaculate. Right om the river in a quite neighbirhood. Larry was a wonderful host. Very accomadating. The entire house was open and he made us breakfast for the two days we were there. He also let us use his kayak, which was a wonderful experience. If you're ever in West, GA or anywhere where Larry Duncan has a property, rent it. You will not be disappointed.

One word - fantastic Everything from the house, to the location but most importantly the host - Larry My sister came from India to visit her son and she claims staying here was the best part of the trip Larry took good care of us, had so much to offer - it was almost like visiting a family member's house Oh and the house - it looks BETTER than the Pictures In all, we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend visiting
