A charming rustic 2 bedroom house with an inside area of 92m2. It has a barbecue, a sheltered outside dining area, a private swimming pool (with glass safety fencing designed to protect children) and a small play area for kids to play. It is situated in Fajã da Areia, São Vicente (north of the island) with spectacular views of the sea. It's the perfect place to relax, wind down and have a memorable stay with your family and friends. There is parking for 3 cars and FREE WiFi! There is even a wooden bar in the pool area which you can open up and use to have drinks during those warm summer days and there’s also a unique outside shower at the back of the house with hot water! The area is very peaceful! If you're looking to relax and have some peace and quiet from busy every day life, or want to get together / socialise and have a memorable stay with family and friends, this is the place to be. In the interior, you can find a cosy environment, typical of a country house. The living room, the kitchen and the dining area is open plan. The inside dining table can accomodate only 6 people but there is an extra dining area with benches outside in the BBQ area. The sofa sits only 3 people so please consider this when making reservations for large groups of people, especially in the colder months if you're wanting to spend more time inside the house - remember it's quite small. We can accommodate a maximum of 11 people (for those who don't mind sharing rooms with a group of friends and family or having any privacy). This might be too many people for some as it might feel tight but for some it won't be a problem. The house is very small inside so please consider this carefully. Please just be mindful when leaving us a review as we are making you aware the house is small and you are making the choice to book with us. The beds in each room are as follows: - Main bedroom (on the 1st floor) accommodates 4 people: 1 king size bed and a single day bed with a single pull out bed. The day bed can be set up as 2 single separate beds or pushed together. - 2nd bedroom (ground floor) accommodates 5 people: 1 king size bed and a bunk bed (for 2 people) with a single pull out floor bed (for 1 person). - In the lounge there is a sofa bed for 2 people. (No privacy).
