Our first unit was not available due to air-conditioning problems but Ms. Leeza transferred us to a very nice unit which is fronting SM Mall of Asia and the Globe Rotunda. Ms. Leeza's recommended unit to us is very clean and has complete amenities, from complete kitchenwares, Comfort Room is okay too but the Toilet Bowl is I think the bowl is not attached properly since it is moving everytime you sit on it but overall the comfort room is fine. The unit has a 2 double bed with a dining and living area. But I suggest that they will put a Water dispenser inside the unit. Overall rating the unit is so nice. A recommended condo for those who want to stay near SMX Convention Center, SM Arena, SM MOA. The whole SM MOA compound has a lot of restaurants and the area has a great view also. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had a problem with the check in but Ms. Leeza was very helpful and responsive throughout the experience. She had us upgrade into a better unit since the original one we booked was unavailable due to complications. Me and my party are frequent con-goers so it's important for us to be in walking distance to the SMX convention center and this place is quite convenient for our purpose. There are convenience stores near the building too just in case you forget anything. Overall great experience and will be booking again once there's another convention!

Had a problem with the unit before checking in, good thing is that they solved it right away by lending us another room without additional charges. Fast reply if we have any queries. Will book again with them in the future.

mam Leeza was sooo helpful and went out of her way to accomodate my requests!!! such a super host plus the place is superb!! will definitely visit again if not here, then surely one of mam Keeza's listings. Kudos mam!! 🙏👍👍👍😊

at first nag tanong ako sa host if pwede mag early check in pero if hindi okay lang din naman bandang 11 am ang sabi nang host kung pwde nalang kmi mag transfer nang ibang room kase yung current guest nila di alam kung makakabalik agad for check out may reason kung bakit namin pinili yung room kase TWO beds sya. Yung pinaglipatan samin 1 bed plus sofa bed may foldable bed pero manipis lang para sakin wala naman sana kaso pero sa dating nang conversation namin nang host parang dahil lang gusto sana namin mag early check in kaya nia kmi nililipat nang room. tapos yung pinag lipatan pa nila nang room na check na din namin before at tanda ko na mas mura sya sa pinili namin. tapos ang bibigay na option kung di kukunin yung room i cancel or refund nalang saan kmi mag sstay? para matapos lang ang usapan nag okay nalang kmi kahit wala manlang refund dun sa price difference at kahit di comfortable matulog sa sofa bed 5'5 ang height ko at naka bitin ang mga paa ko
