The apartment locates in the city center area and is a perfect place for 1-2 guests. It is a 1 bedroom apartment. It is newly built and has its own terrace and parking space in the courtyard. Walking to the city center takes only 12 minutes. The apartment (35,7 m²) is located on the 1st floor of a newly built house. The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed and a big closet. Livingroom has a dining table (with a table extension for work) and two chairs. A fully furnished kitchen equipped with fridge, a stove, an oven, a kettle and essential cutlery. Also there is a cabinet where you can put your things. Bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a washing machine and sink. Hallway has a closet also. The studio has a free WiFi and a TV. There is also a terrace with chairs, so you can enjoy being outside.

Very responsive and friendly hostess Mari. Quiet place to sleep. Close to supermarket, train station, and restaurants.

Very new, spacious, but sterile & not cozy. Mari's commercial flat was all brand new but the ceiling lights were cold white LED's only, other "warmer" lamps were missing. I was there in october and never saw the sun due to ground floor and northward looking windows. The 2 huge garden doors had no blinds or curtains, so they were gaping black holes all evening. It was simply sterile and not cozy. the bathroom was small, the shower open so the entire floor was soaking wet afterwards. But it was modern and spacious, but i did not feel somehow "home". Yet this coziness can still be added.

Great location, small but new flat suitable for 1-2 people, covers all the necessities. Clean and has a nice terrace & back yard. Quick communication with the host. Reccommended!

We had a very pleasant stay, the apartment is cozy and has a very tasteful interior design. The nice porch and the calm surroundings were very relaxing, while the immediate proximity to the train station is a big bonus for traveling. Mari was a great host and replied quickly to all our questions :)

Apartment locates in the downtown area.
The closest restaurants, art and design shops are in "Aparaadi tehas", it is a really cool and modern place and worth a visit. It is only 5 min by foot.
To the city center it is about 15 minutes walk. And the Town Hall Square and Tartu Art Museum takes you 17 minutes by foot. In the city center you find a lot of restaurants.
Tartu Visitor Centre, which is only 15 minutes away, provides free information about Estonian tourist sights, catering establishments, possibilities for an active holiday, events, guided tour providers and possibilities of transportation.

The apartment has a parking space, which locates in securely closed courtyard.
Since the apartment is located in the center, everything is conveniently located. It takes about 12 minutes to walk to the old town.
In spring, summer and autumn, you can rent a Bolt scooter or a city bike to ride around the city. They can be found everywhere.
The bus stops, where almost all city buses stop is approx. 5 minutes away.
The train station is about 5 minutes away.
