My boyfriend and his family were staying at another house down the road while me and his 15 yr old sister stayed here. Her dad and my boyfriend helped us carry our luggage into the property and helped us check in to make sure we felt safe. After about 15 minutes we all left. Not even before I got down the stairs did I get a notification from Gia requesting more money for extra guests. I explained that they were just helping us get settled and that they weren’t staying with us. Over an hour later of a very frustrating back and forth, I had to have her call me because she kept demanding more money regardless of what I said. On the phone she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Basically ended it by telling her to check the cameras when we came back to sleep that night to prove it was just us. I understand there can be people trying to take advantage of hosts by sneaking in more people, but to handle guests in this manner is ridiculous. Never coming back again, she ruined our trip.

The property was nice and in a quiet area. The view is amazing! Gia was very pleasant to work with and the home itself is welcoming and comfortable. The beds are really comfortable as well. We’ve stayed at other places and the beds were very uncomfortable so that was a huge plus. Overall everything was wonderful. The only thing we didn’t care for was that the house rules ask you to clean up the dishes and throw the trash down stairs but you’re also charged a cleaning fee of $75. If we’re paying a cleaning fee then that should also be included in the fee. Not something we’ve ran into with other properties. They don’t may charge a cleaning fee but they don’t ask for you to clean. Other than that everything was great.

Lovely location. Private entrance, balcony & parking. Nicely decorated and kitchen is full of utensils and spices. Ceiling fan blades could use a Swiffer, a/c units are too small for the square footage, both toilet seats were broken (not fun with a 3 year old). Check in is at 4pm and with our unit's windows facing the west the sun is hottest. After a loooong day at Flamenco it would have been nice to check in with the a/c units at least turned on and the ice trays filled will ice. Keeping in mind that we were on a tiny island in the Caribbean I would give this place a solid 4 out of 5.
