I suggest you have a pleasant stay in my refurbished apartment where top-of-the-range services await you. You will have a terrace and a small individual garden to relax when the sun's rays point their nose at the region. My apartment is located in a quiet secure residence close to all amenities with an assigned parking space (apartment located on the ground floor). It is located in Pradines You will be welcomed in a cocooning and quiet setting for your personal or professional trips. Your comfort is essential to me! LINENS PROVIDED: - sheets - bath towels (2 per person of two sizes) - bath mats - a towel - mini shower gels are provided - basic products are provided (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, household products, sponges, paper towel, toilet paper) You will have Internet with the WIFI code in the apartment as well as access to Netflix. You have two private parking spaces: don't waste time looking for a space! My mobile phone number will also be at your disposal throughout your stay.
Nous avons passé trois jours en famille dans l'appartement de Stéphanie. Tout s'est parfaitement déroulé. L'appartement est propre, bien situé, décoré avec goût et parfaitement équipé. Les insctructions données par Stéphanie sont précises et parfaitement claires garantissant une arrivée et un départ en toute sérennité. Enfin, j'ai eu à échanger à deux reprises avec Stéphanie, elle s'est montrée hyper réactive et arrangeante. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation.
Notre séjour chez Stephanie c’est très bien passé. C'est un bel appartement, le logement est très propre, déco très sympa et très bien équipé. Les photos de l'annonce sont vraiment semblable au logement. Hôte très réactif. La literie incroyable comme si j’étais dans mon propre lit. Un parking sécurisé dans la résidence à disposition. It is located in Pradines, a district where all the advantages are present to enjoy city life in the countryside.
The emblematic Pont Valentré is barely 3 minutes away by car and the city center 5 minutes away (cinema, many restaurants, Cahors Cathedral, the Cadurcien historic center, etc.).
A few steps from the residence, you will find a tobacconist, a bakery, a pizzeria, a pharmacy, a hairdresser/barber, a physiotherapist.
You will also have a shopping area less than 2 kilometers away: E.Leclerc, Lidl, Intermarché, Picard, Buffalo Grill restaurant, Crescendo cafeteria, McDonald's, KFC, Kiabi, Vib's, Weldom, Kingtoy...and many others!
You will be welcomed in a cocooning setting for your personal or professional trips.
My accommodation is ideally located (central) to plan many tourist visits in the Lot:
- Come and visit our Lotois vineyards through tastings of our good Cahors red wine (Parnac at 11km – Luzech at 13km – Anglars Juillac at 23km)
- The beautiful village of Saint Cirq Lapopie at 33km
- The emblematic village of Rocamadour at 62km
You can walk to the small shops in the area. You will need the vehicle or take public transport to go to the city center of Cahors.
A parking space is reserved for you in the residence which is closed and secure.
To do your shopping, you will find the E.Leclerc hypermarket less than 2km away.
