Für den Preis war das Apartment unschlagbar :) im Zimmer war eine Heizung vorhanden, im Bad leider nicht weshalb es dort sehr kalt war. Insgesamt aber sehr weiterzuempfehlen, wenn man eine günstige Unterkunft sucht!

Very clean and well maintained. Room and bathroom matched the description and photos. Good location if you’re wanting to go to the Paris Beauvais Airport Shuttle at Port Maillot. Would stay here again.

Hello folks, This place is about 9km from Eiffel Tower by car say it would take about 20-25mins. The place is extremely smaller than as shown in the picture, while communication with host, they portray themselves as the most busy person on the planet, asking them a question while you check in is a sin to commit. Bathroom is just 1.2m by 1.2m with no promisin g amenities present as committed, plus all the plumbing pipes are visible & there is no ventilation in the bathroom, needs maintenance. *Same is the size of common area of apt* The flooring is wooden but ages old & makes sound while walking, no amenities in bathroom, just towels & tissue paper wherein even the towels were stinking. The place has no sound or heat insulation, gets very cold at times & provided comforter/blanket doesn’t work. There is no lift in the building at all to get to the apartment on first floor, plus common area lights are also an issue sometimes. Overall I would not recommend someone to stay here.

Stayed with David for a few days, and everything was exactly as he described. The place is only four streets down from the metro and I felt safe even when walking at night. There are some bakeries in the area on the way to the station with amazing pastries and bread (I went to one next to the Aldi). David gave amazing recommendations for restaurants and was very friendly and responsive. Even with someone staying in the next room, it was very private, and I didn’t run into them. Check in was very easy (he has a video with instructions) and the view is beautiful! Absolutely will come back next time I’m in Paris.
