We had a wonderful time and overall, our experience was very enjoyable. The cleanliness of the house did not go unnoticed.. The detailed instructions and guidance made our stay much more comfortable. However, there was a slight disappointment regarding the communication towards the end of our stay. On the third day, when I inquired about the possibility of extending our stay for an additional night, I did not receive any response from Emma . Similarly, when I asked about the name of the mattress on the second floor due to its exceptional comfort, I did not receive a reply either. Furthermore, on the day of our check-out, we encountered a small issue. We were supposed to check out by 10 am, and by 9:40am ,we noticed two strangers waiting in the driveway. It would have been more comfortable for us if they had introduced themselves, considering we still had 15 minutes left to pack up. Regardless, It was a beautiful and comfortable space that accommodated our family well

Though the drive was more challenging than anything I’m used to driving, being from the Midwest, it was worth it to have the views and experience staying in Emma’s home. The home worked well for multiple families sharing and it was very clean and cozy. The blackstone was a really nice amenity. The communication before checking in and during the stay was so great. Emma was so accommodating and assisted with all needs. Emma is the perfect type of person to rent from. I could tell she takes pride not only in her country, but in her home and hospitality. Thank you Emma for everything!

We stopped at “Old Glory” on our way through to Florida for a couple days and we are so glad we did. We arrived in the night but Emma’s helpful instructions guided us through the fun terrain! We visited Foxfire Adventure Park thanks to her recommendations and had a blast and finished the evening with a beautiful view of the sunset on the patio and by the fire pit. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and game room also. It was a nice tucked away quiet location to enjoy the peaceful mountains!

This cabin was beautiful and just what we needed for a wonderful getaway. I don’t think she could’ve done anything differently with her cabin it had all the amenities we needed and wanted.
