House was really clean and plenty of rooms, perfect for a big group! Springfield mall is 8 mins walking distance and there’s a lot to do in the area. For the amount of rooms and location of the house you can’t beat this price.

Plenty of room for my family of 6. My kids felt right at home and loved the big beds. Would stay again if we ever visit.

Our family of six adults stayed at the bnb. Overall a good experience and I would definitely stay again. I just wish the description and pics would’ve made it clear that the living room floor is in need of repair. There are big gaps in the linoleum floors. The walls definitely need painting. Most importantly, the blinds need repair as nearly every room has broken window blinds. The yellow chairs are a bit stained. The kitchen was great for cooking and all the essential cookware provided. The laundry room was large. Bonus, the house has three showers. Although, the shower in the small bedroom needs a curtain. The neighborhood is older and has a mix of run down and nice homes; however it felt safe. The home was clean and owners responsive. I would rent there again.

Jay was very quick and responsive prior to my booking when I had some questions. We didn’t have to reach out for anything while we were there. The house was very clean and it was very nice having 3 full baths for our large family. The location was ideal just off the interstate, yet quiet. It didn’t affect us at all as we were only eating breakfasts in but the table only seats 4 with one stool for seating at the counter. There was additional seating in the family room chairs as it is open plan so it’s workable. We really appreciated Jay and the stay at this home- spacious, clean and convenient! Thank you!
