One of the bedrooms has a pullout couch and another has a set of bunk beds. We can accommodate 14 adults maximum or groups with small children, up to 16 plus an infant (or two). "The Oasis" on the third floor is an optional penthouse suite and offers a king-sized bed, a private sitting room, and a stunning view of the ocean. With the rental of "The Oasis", you also have direct access to the rooftop patio, perfect for your morning coffee or for watching the stars. There is a seventh bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a shared powder room/ ensuite. A tv area for the little ones is located at the top of the stairs. It includes lots of DVDs and a Kid Box. The Kid Box is packed full of puzzles, dry erase boards/markers, crayons, construction paper, scissors, games, etc. for kids of every age. There are also lots of books for children. We furnish strollers, pack-and-play, high chairs and boosters, as needed. Each room has its own air conditioning unit so you can sleep cool all night long. Casa del Sol has an abundance of beach toys for the kids. For your pleasure, a two-man kayak complete with life jackets and six bicycles are also provided. Your group will love the prime location of Casa del Sol. It is located directly to the north of Casita Blanca on the north side of town. The amble into town is about 12 minutes.
