Booking process easy, Jenny helpful & prompt with communication throughout the stay. The accommodation easy to find & thanks to our weekend stay, we were able use free street parking right outside. Access to keys via lockbox. There is a set of stairs to the first floor shared living spaces/kitchen & another to the top floor suites. The place was well appointed & clean. Aside from heating up our dinner on Friday night, we didn’t really use the kitchen but it appeared to be well stocked with various appliances & crockery/cutlery. The bedroom suite & bathroom were spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable with linen/towels/bathrobes all provided. Noise levels as expected for the city, but not excessive. Wi-Fi worked well. Our suite was missing shampoo/conditioner when we arrived, but was provided the next day. A bottle of bubbles was offered in apology but someone else must have got to it before we did as it had been opened. Overall, we had a good stay & would recommend it.

Great location for exploring Perth. 2 train stops to the CBD Short walk to some great local cafes, brewery and distillery. Jenny was a fantastic host, always fast to respond and extremely helpful. Would recommend and stay again if you're looking for something quiet with quick access to the city

We really enjoyed our 8day stay at Jenny's. Great location and great value and our ensuite room was comfortable and well appointed. The shared lounges and kitchen spaces on the floor below were similarly well equipped, very tastefully decorated and clean. It felt safe and quiet. We would seek to stay again in the future... and hopefully make use of the adjoining wellness spa which we just didn't have time to enjoy this time! Thanks Jenny!

Very nice and quite place, clean and well organized. The place is located in a very beautiful area with park and close to the river. You can feel at home for 1 - 2 days or 1 - 2 weeks. There is a good connection to the city by a free bus and a few restaurants in walking distance. Communication with the host was excellent.
