Entire 1 bedroom Condo/ St Josephs University/City Ave/Bala Cynwyd. On site parking available to all. Come to relax with your friends and family to the best place around. We welcome all pets, but there is a $100 pet fee. We welcome all of our guests with open arms. Enjoy your stay! THIS IS NOT SHARED WITH ANYONE BUT YOU. THE ENTIRE PLACE IS YOURS. NO PARTIES EVER! Our Historic building is located 10 minutes from the Mann center, 5 minutes from St Joes Campus. Walking distance to PCOM Collage. Queen size bed, 50 in tv in bed room, 32 inch in living room, Ac units, full kitchen. living room sectional. We have also made some paint changes if you booked before August

Accessing the unit was smooth; the furniture in the unit was very comfortable; perfect accommodation for one to two people who are only in the area for a quick weekend trip; The host, Bryan, was extremely responsive and considerate of my needs! Location of the unit is both convenient and safe! Enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others! Thank you Bryan!

Great, comfortable place. Great location. Good food around and only 15 minutes from the Sports Complex. Would definitely stay again!

I really enjoyed myself only thing is I feel bad for not taking out the trash and putting dishes away my grandma passed away an I had to leave early an in a rush so I am truly sorry to the host
